Exodus Core Solutions provides technology and core business solutions. This SLA outlines the performance expectations for clients under a recurring service contract.
2. Availability
We aim for a service uptime of 99.9% for all digital platforms managed by us. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM EST to minimize disruption.
3. Support & Response Time
- Urgent Issues: Response within 4 hours.
- General Requests: Response within 24 hours.
- Administrative Changes: Response within 48 hours.
4. Exclusions
This SLA does not cover outages caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting outages, ISP failures) or unauthorized modifications made by the client.
