A note from the founder

Before I made websites, I spent about three years building and supporting IT infrastructure for manufacturing businesses: the pipes and wires that keep a company running. Nobody thanks you for that work when it’s done right, and everybody notices the minute it isn’t. It taught me to care about the parts most people never see. How fast a page loads, whether it holds up, whether it was built right the first time.

I started Exodus Core because I kept meeting small businesses whose websites weren’t pulling their weight. Good companies doing honest work, represented online by a page that looked tired and said very little. They deserve a website that works as hard as they do. That’s the only thing I build.

I design and write every site myself. The words come first, because nobody picks up the phone until they understand what you do and why it matters to them. Then comes the design, and its job is to make people believe those words. When the same person does both, the page and the pitch pull in the same direction.

Exodus Core is one person on purpose. You talk to the person doing the work, from the first call to launch day and after it, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. I use AI tools where they help me move faster, but every page is checked by me before it goes live, and I own every line of it.
